The Strauss Dancers perform the social dances of mid to late 19th century dressed in the elaborate costume worn at balls of the period and doing the era’s popular dance steps with the appropriate styling. Each number of the Strauss Suite is presented using the complete original score as the composer intended. The Siders’ polished performance will add an extra dimension of excitement to any event featuring the period’s sparkling light music, as well as giving your guests the experience of watching a magical moving picture of another time and place. Mark & Djana can perform the dances of the Strauss Suite either to music provided by a ‘live’ orchestra, or to their own high quality recorded music.
